I was never “in love” with the home we had been living in since 2008, so every so often, I would search online for something I could love. One of these searches created enough curiosity in me that I requested a tour of the property. To my excellent fortune, Joanna Fitzpatrick replied to my request. She escorted me on a tour of that property and a few others in that area. I was immediately impressed with her professional, gracious, kind and friendly demeanor. She made many great observations and gave honest answers to my questions. We did not follow through with a purchase, at that time, but I was so impressed with her that when another property piqued my interest a few months later, she was the first person I called.
