I was never “in love” with the home we had been living in since 2008, so every so often, I would search online for something I could love. One of these searches created enough curiosity in me that I requested a tour of the property. To my excellent fortune, Joanna Fitzpatrick replied to my request. She escorted me on a tour of that property and a few others in that area. I was immediately impressed with her professional, gracious, kind and friendly demeanor. She made many great observations and gave honest answers to my questions. We did not follow through with a purchase, at that time, but I was so impressed with her that when another property piqued my interest a few months later, she was the first person I called. This time my husband came along for the tour. After seeing the property, we decided to take a pass on it; but he, too, expressed how struck he was with Joanna’s professionalism and genuine nature. She was thorough in her recommendations when touring the property and, despite all the time I felt she “wasted” with us, she never once made me feel like a bother or that she could have been using her time in a better manner. Fast forward another few months and I found another interesting property in a town that I wanted to move back to (we had lived their previously). Of course, I called Joanna and she scheduled a tour of that property and others available in town. After thorough tours of the properties, she escorted us back to the one we decided on the next day. Any questions we had that she did not know the answer to, she got answered in a timely manner. Long story short, we put in an offer and began the process of moving. We had a house to sell, so we asked Joanna to handle that for us. This was an excellent decision, on our part! We had some work to complete on the house prior to putting it on the market and she had a wealth of resources and excellent recommendations to assist with this. Her advertising of our property was exceptional & we received multiple offers within three days! The entire process was a whirlwind and Joanna was never more than a phone call away to answer any questions and provide whatever emotional support I needed! We were in our new home within 2 months! To say she went above and beyond is putting it mildly…..she actually came the day of the sale to help us get the last of our belongings out of the house we were leaving (we had issues with the moving company). I cannot say enough good things about Joanna. Not only is she a talented and superb realtor with a conscience and ethical standard, I consider her a person I can call with a problem…..a friend.
